FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Orlando, FL – September 2025 – HAPBWA Foundation proudly hosted its annual Christmas in September event last week at the elegant Royal Cypress Preserve Club House in Orlando, bringing together community leaders, professionals, and families for a night of culture, joy, and purpose.
Designed to honor Hispanic Heritage Month with a unique holiday twist, the event featured a vibrant showcase of Latin American traditions, including music, dance, and culinary delights from local restaurants and sponsors. Attendees enjoyed live pleneros, batucada rhythms, and a surprise visit from Los Tres Reyes Magos, while sharing authentic dishes that celebrated the diverse flavors of Hispanic culture.
Beyond the festivities, Christmas in September highlighted the Foundation’s mission: to empower Hispanic professional women, foster leadership, and support community growth. Sponsorships and donations from this event will directly fund HAPBWA Foundation’s educational workshops, mentorship programs, and community initiatives throughout Central Florida.
“Christmas in September is more than a celebration. It’s a way to honor our roots, build connections, and remind our community of the power we have when we come together,” said Deisamar de Soto, President of HAPBWA Foundation. “We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, volunteers, and attendees who made this event possible.”
