WHO WE ARE

The HAPBWA Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Hispanic American professionals and businesswomen since its establishment in 2010. Founded as the sister organization of the Hispanic American Professional & Business Women's Association (HAPBWA), we strive to encourage and support the development of youth, women, and marginalized communities by promoting their leadership skills, personal growth, and professional advancement.

At the HAPBWA Foundation, we believe in creating a more equitable world where every individual has access to opportunities for personal and professional growth. With this in mind, we offer various programs and initiatives to foster leadership skills and empower women to reach their full potential.
